The role
Training & Assessment Consultant (nvq Assessor)
Sector: Key Skills & Security
You will be required to travel to a variety of sites within the region.
Experience
Practising Assessor: 1 yrs
An understanding of the security industry
Recent experience of teaching Key Skills would be regarded as a distinct advantage
Qualifications
D32/33 or A1. Driving Licence
Requirements
Past experience within the Security Industry would be a distinct advantage.
Top 2 ‘Must-haves
1. The ability to inspire confidence and trust and have credibility with all stakeholders.
2. Flexibility, tact and resourcefulness are a pre requisite for this post
Package
Basic Salary £19,000 – 25,000
Performance Bonus paid for Sign ups / Completions (after 6 months probation)
Mileage/Expenses at 25p/p/m
21 days Holiday + Stats
Laptop and Mobile Phone
Career progression to Assessor/IV for the right candidate
